All levels welcome from beginners to advanced shufflers!

Focusing on training our RM & T-Step (rocking)

This class will be for people who want to :

• Unlock a whole new dimension of shuffling by knowing how to use your RM and T-Steps effectively
• train their RM to be bigger, harder, smoother.
• Train their T-Steps and Reverse T-Steps and endless variations
• Become more comfortable rocking and incorporating that into their freestyle

And we will be discussing:

• Proper technique to achieve those basic steps and moves
• The various weight distribution
• The power of Groove
• Intention with Body positioning
• Utilization of Momentum
• Proper technique to prevent injuries
